Project overview

This residential complex was designed to harmonize contemporary living with the natural landscape surrounding the site. The structure employs a layered facade system that regulates sunlight and ventilation while maintaining visual continuity across all four elevations. Careful attention was given to the relationship between built form and open courtyard spaces throughout the design process.

The building programme includes 48 residential units, shared amenity decks, and ground-level retail activation along the primary street frontage.

Material selection focused on longevity and low maintenance, combining exposed board-formed concrete with weathered steel screens and floor-to-ceiling glazing that frames panoramic views toward the surrounding hills.
