This community health centre consolidates previously dispersed medical services into a single accessible facility designed to reduce anxiety and promote wellbeing through the thoughtful use of natural light, material warmth, and carefully considered wayfinding. The building is organised around a central garden courtyard that is visible from the waiting areas and consultation rooms alike.

The street-facing facade features a colourful ceramic screen that provides solar shading while acting as a landmark that signals the building's civic importance within the local neighbourhood.

All clinical areas comply with current infection control and universal access standards, with future-proofing provisions built into the structural grid to accommodate evolving healthcare delivery models.
