Project overview

Commissioned as a flagship headquarters for a global engineering firm, this office building demonstrates a commitment to workplace wellbeing and environmental performance through its innovative biophilic design strategy. Every workfloor is connected to a stepped outdoor terrace planted with native species that also contribute to the building's stormwater management system.

The structural system employs a perimeter diagrid frame that eliminates internal columns, creating column-free floor plates of exceptional flexibility adaptable to diverse team configurations.

Target certifications include Platinum WELL Building Standard and a Six Star Green Star rating, reflecting the client's ambition to establish a benchmark for sustainable corporate architecture in the region.
