Project overview

This transit-oriented development is positioned directly above a new underground rail station and is designed to maximise pedestrian connectivity between the station concourse, street level, and the surrounding urban fabric. A public plaza at grade provides a generous civic forecourt that mediates between the high-frequency bus interchange to the east and the residential streets to the west.

The development delivers 340 build-to-rent apartments across two towers, with affordable housing units distributed evenly throughout each building rather than concentrated in a separate structure.

Active ground floor uses including a childcare centre, supermarket, and community hall ensure the precinct remains animated throughout the day and evening, reinforcing safety through passive surveillance and consistent pedestrian activity at street level.
